It's official!
A few weeks ago, we announced on our social media channels that we were officially the U.S. distributor of Mediator in a Box™. A lot of people reached out to ask how this came to be and I wanted to take the time to share more here!
About a year ago, I was searching for podcasts on conflict and conflict management and came across one titled ‘On Conflict’ with Julia Menard and Gordon White. It was a new podcast at the time, but I was so impressed with the caliber of people they were interviewing. Some of my favorite leaders in the world of conflict have been on their podcast. I find each episode to be very meaningful and inspiring. I often listen to podcasts while cleaning or taking a shower, but I can’t with this one because I want to take notes! Ha.
I took to Instagram to share one of my favorite quotes from a recent episode and that led Julia to reach out to me. My phone rang one day with a number I didn’t recognize and for some reason, I answered (I rarely do that on my personal line) and it was Julia! Imagine my surprise – and delight!
Julia introduced me to Mediator in a Box™ and eventually to the creators of the box, sisters Clare and Marla. I purchased the box for myself and my own practice and also led two workshops about the box. I’ve seen the successes of the box and I’m so excited to finally add Mediator in a Box™ to Harmonious Resolutions LLC.

Since our time has freed up a bit since the beginning of the pandemic, we’ve been meeting weekly to brainstorm about Mediator in a Box™ and it has been so fun!
