Conflict is inevitable and often it is necessary.
We believe that communication is not the same thing as confrontation. Compromise is not the answer to resolving conflicts because we believe lasting resolutions come from compassionate understanding. People who aren’t stressed and feel comfortable communicating are easier to work with and will work harder and more efficiently. People feel better when conflict is managed.
